Organization Development Network Conference 2016:
OD is founded on helping an organization or system learn about itself, uncover patterns in the way of goals and realize their desired futures. Core to this practice is inquiry that has remained true throughout the shifts from diagnostic OD, to learning organizations and currently, dialogic OD methods. This session will invite practitioners to review frameworks showing the complexity and transformational change dilemmas we face and invite inquiry into: How can we maintain a practice and spirit of inquiry that delivers transformational learning and change when our clients require quick answers? This is important as we are asked to deliver transformational change in organizational conditions that are still structured for quick answers and incremental change. Practitioners will share and build on their own leading practices as well.
