A month ago, we worked on the ideas and principles of Transforming Organizational Trauma. We experienced resonance, named the organizational trauma narratives we are part of and created the narratives of thriving we want. We ended by identifying specific TransformInAction (Think-Interact-Act) experiments – personal commitments to actions to restore thriving to our organizational lives. At the end of the session, 100% of you agreed or strongly agreed in your evaluation that you were motivated to action.
