On 25 May, Africa Day 2017, the We Will Lead Africa team launched their first book volume.
On 25 May, Africa Day 2019, Volume two which was focused on the stories of African womxn leaders was released.
On 25 May, Africa Day 2022, Volume Three, A Griot Volume on Belonging, Beloving and Becoming was released.
On 25 May, Africa Day 2024, Volume Four, Courage, Community, Creativity was released.
On 25 May, Africa Day 2025, Volume Five, Technology, Science and Innovation , was released.
